• What exactly do you need to do?
Wake up in the morning, take a clean sheet of paper and a pen. And start writing and listing everything you are grateful for in your life. Your beauty, clean skin, healthy hair, body conditions, your family, your parents, favorite job, Hobbies, friends, your favorite pet, your luck, your strong character! emphasize all your advantages! Feel gratitude in every cell! Express gratitude even for the things we consider "normal" in out life, such as: being able to breath, to see, to hear, to walk, to feel. When you focus on what you have you attract more great things into your life. Don't focus or get sad over the things you don't have yet. You will get them when the right time comes, be happy in every moment and use the power of gratitude to change absolutely every aspect of Your life! Try it! You will love how it works!
